At ISHAAIRA, all purchases are considered final. Once an order has been successfully placed, confirmed, and processed, we do not accept requests for refunds or returns except under the limited circumstances outlined below.

As many of our garments are handcrafted designer pieces, this policy enables us to maintain product exclusivity and fair pricing for all customers.

In the rare event that you receive a product that is damaged during transit, defective, or incorrect compared to your confirmed order, we will review the request under these conditions:

• The issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.
• Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
• Unboxing Video: A video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened is mandatory for verification. Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

If verified, ISHAAIRA may provide a replacement (subject to stock) or Store Credit for future use.

Refunds or returns will not be accepted for:

• Incorrect size, colour, or product selected by the customer.
• Change of mind after purchase.
• Minor handcrafted variations in embroidery, texture, or colour (as these are natural characteristics of luxury garments).
• Delivery delays caused by courier partners or weather conditions.
• Sale items, customized, altered, or made-to-order garments.

Orders may only be cancelled:

• Within 2 hours of placing the order.
• Before the order enters processing or production.

Once customization, packaging, or shipping has begun, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Every garment undergoes careful quality inspection before dispatch. While we maintain a strict policy, our support team is always available to assist with genuine product-related concerns to ensure your satisfaction.
